As responsible Global Citizens, we do our best to help communities to grow and educate less privileged members of the the society. Such courses are usually announced to relevant stakeholders.
We also may offer FREE seats for organizations registering a large number of Attendees for the same course.
All confirmed Attendees registered on our system receive the contact information and will be welcomed by our staff.

You can contact us and request assistance with a hotel booking.
Discounts are available, and they vary depending on the number of Attendees as well as course duration. As a company policy, we offer discounts for all group registrations.
The default training locations are as listed.
However, courses can be conducted in different cities and countries if/when the number of attendees is feasible.
We inform the participants about the training location and contact person if/when requested. Our team help participants to get oriented with training locations before/upon arrival. We can help participants to reach the training location, provided they are not staying in the same hotel as the training venue.
By default our pricing includes the following:
- Instructor Fee
- Training Materials
- Training Venue
- Refreshment breaks (tea/coffee, cookies, etc)
- Lunch
- Certificate of participation (from iCompetent)
- Airport to hotel (arrival) transfer (if flight details are provided at least 1 week in advance)
- Multi-lingual personal support during the programs
And it does NOT include:
- Accommodation
- Flight tickets
- Daily transport
Nevertheless, as per request, we can offer all additional services provided via our partner organizations.
Attendees are notified of the training location once we receive the confirmation.
Usually, we organize venues in 5* hotels, our own or our solution partner training facilities.
When we send an invoice and other relevant documents to Attendees, this means we commit ourselves to conducting the course, namely, the course schedule is confirmed from our end.
However, this is NOT a final confirmation of attendance, unless we receive:
- Advance payment (preferred).
- Official Purchase Order (PO).
- Signed and stamped invoice by an authorized person at the client’s organization.
