Course Registration & Cancellation Policy
How to book a classroom or in-house course, and what happens if you or we cancel.

Registration
Online courses and programs are bought on our website, at the price shown on their pages. Classroom and in-house courses are booked by requesting a quote on our website or by contacting our registration team, and are paid directly to iCompetent, never through the website's checkout. Full payment is required prior to the course start date to confirm your seat.
Cancellations by participant
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the course, you will be eligible for a credit to attend a future course. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Cancellations by iCompetent
We never cancel a classroom or in-house course once it is confirmed. In the rare event of a course being postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a transfer to a future course date or a full refund.
