No bribes and fair quotes: the rules for winning and awarding training work through iCompetent.

Who it covers
Everyone who works through iCompetent: our team, freelance trainers, training companies, people and organisations who post training requests, and learners.
No bribes
Never offer, promise, give, ask for or accept money, gifts, hospitality or favours to win, award or influence training work, the choice of a quote, a review, a mark or a certificate. If you are not sure whether something is acceptable, ask us first.
Fair quotes
- Quote honestly, at a price and on dates you can keep.
- No agreements between providers about prices or about who will win a request.
- No quotes sent only to make another one look better.
Conflicts of interest
Tell us if you are related to, work for, or have a financial interest in the other side of a training request or a review.
Reporting
Tell us from the contact page on icompetent.com. We look into every report and do not share who made it.
What we do
We may remove a quote or a review, withdraw a trainer's or a company's approval, close an account, and tell the authorities where the law requires it.
