Create an account and sign in

One free account gives you the skills platform, online courses, certificates and the organisation workspace. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password.

Create an account

  1. Paso 1: Go to Sign in and choose Sign up.
  2. Paso 2: Choose Continue with Google, or enter your full name, your email address and a password of at least 6 characters.
  3. Paso 3: Submit the form. You are signed in straight away.

Go to Sign in and use the same method you used to sign up. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google. A Google account has no iCompetent password until you set one on My account — see Set or change your password.

After you sign in, we take you to the right place:

  • If you belong to an organisation, you go to your organisation's workspace on corp.icompetent.com.
  • Otherwise, you go to the learning tab of your profile on icompetent.com, with your courses.

Forgot your password

  1. Paso 1: On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
  2. Paso 2: Enter your email address and submit.
  3. Paso 3: Open the email we send you and follow the link to choose a new password.

If no email arrives, check your spam folder. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, there is nothing to reset — use Continue with Google, then set a password on My account if you want one.

Sign out

Open the menu under your picture in the top right corner and choose Log out. This signs you out of icompetent.com and corp.icompetent.com together.

Select the magnifying glass in the header, or press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) on any page. Type a few letters to find skills, trainings (online and classroom) and services. Use the arrow keys to move through the results and Enter to open one. The help centre has its own search box, at the top of its pages.

Change the language

icompetent.com is available in English, Russian and Hindi. Use the language menu at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered. Some content, such as online courses, skills and forum posts, is shown in the language it was written in.
