How to report material copied without permission, and what we do about it.

What it covers
Anything on icompetent.com and corp.icompetent.com that a member, a trainer or a company has posted or uploaded: reviews, comments, forum posts, trainer and company pages, photos and documents.
How to report copied material
Tell us from the contact page on icompetent.com and include:
- your name and how to reach you;
- the work you say was copied;
- where it appears on our websites, with a link;
- why you own it, or that you act for the owner;
- a statement that what you tell us is true.
What we do
We may hide or remove the material while we check. We tell the person who posted it, who may answer. If the claim is right, the material stays removed; if it is wrong, we put it back and tell you why.
Repeated copying
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly post material that is not theirs, as section 4 of our Terms of Service allows.
Our own material
Our courses, simulations, text and images are ours or used with permission, as section 5 of our Terms of Service says. Do not copy, sell or share them outside iCompetent without our written permission.
