Refund Policy
Refunds of online courses and programs bought on icompetent.com.
Dernière mise à jour : 6 novembre 2026
When you can ask
You can ask for a refund of an online course or program within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have not completed a lesson or passed a quiz in it (for a program, in any of its courses).
How to ask
Ask from the contact page on icompetent.com, from the email address of the account you bought with, naming the order. You can find your orders under My orders in your account.
What happens
The refund is made by Creem, our payment provider, to the payment method you used, and access to what the payment bought is withdrawn. Where the consumer law of your country gives you more, that law applies.
Classroom and in-person courses
These are paid directly to iCompetent and follow our Course Registration & Cancellation Policy.
Which text governs
