Reviews Policy
Who can write a review on icompetent.com, what it must be, and how we check it.

Who can review
- Courses: learners who took the course.
- Freelance trainers: learners marked as attending a live online course the trainer taught, after its last day and for 60 days, once.
- Training companies: learners of a training the company delivered with us, through a private link from our team.
Skills take no reviews.
What a review must be
Your own experience, honestly told, following our Community Guidelines. No personal details of others, no advertising, nothing unrelated to the course or the training.
How we check reviews
Every review is checked by our team before it appears. We publish or reject it; we never change what it says. A trainer's or a company's rating appears only once three reviews are approved.
Fair reviews
No paying, swapping or asking for good reviews. A trainer or company may not review itself, and a member cannot vote on their own review. Each member has one vote, up or down, per review.
Asking us to remove a review
If a published review breaks this policy, tell us from the contact page and we will look at it again.
