OSHA Safety Supervision: The Supervisor's Role
Awareness training for new and current supervisors and team leaders in US workplaces on what OSHA rules expect from the person who directs the work: why a supervisor's knowledge counts as the employer's, job hazard analysis and pre-job planning, daily inspections, correcting hazards, fair enforcement and discipline, new, young and temporary workers, injury reporting without retaliation, and handling incidents and inspections. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OSHA, is NOT an OSHA Outreach Training Program (10-hour or 30-hour) course and issues no DOL or OSHA card, and your employer remains responsible for the site-specific and hands-on training the standards require.
