Payments and refunds

• The skills platform is free during early access.
• Online courses are either free or have a price, shown on the course page.
• AI interviewer sessions are paid, one session at a time.
• Classroom and in-house training and consultancy are priced by quote.

1. 1चरण 1: Press Buy for and the price on the course page. The checkout page opens. It shows what you are buying and the Total due.
2. 2चरण 2: If you are not signed in, press Sign in there. Always buy with the account you will learn with. The checkout page shows its email under Contact information.
3. 3चरण 3: Under Payment method, pay with the method shown. Some payment methods open a secure window or page of our payment provider.
4. 4चरण 4: After payment, your course opens automatically.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Your receipt is sent to your email address.

Access usually arrives within seconds, and sometimes takes a few minutes. Keep the confirmation page open. If you closed it, sign in with the same account you used to buy — the course will appear in Your training as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it is still missing after a few minutes, contact us.

• If a course payment is refunded in full, or reversed, your access to that course ends.
• If an AI interviewer payment is refunded, any sessions you have not used are removed.
