Programs
A program is a group of courses that lead to one goal, such as a job role, in a suggested order. You can start with any course in it, and each course you finish counts.
What a program is
Go to Programs to see them all. A program lists online courses you take at your own pace, and courses taught by a trainer, live online or in a classroom.
- The courses are shown in the order we suggest. You do not have to follow it.
- A course can be in more than one program. When you finish it, it counts in each of them.
- Each course keeps its own page, its own price and its own certificate.
Your progress
Sign in and open a program to see how far you are. The top of the page says how many of its courses you have finished, and each course is marked Finished or Not finished yet.
- An online course counts when you have finished all its lessons and passed its quizzes.
- A course taught by a trainer counts when you have attended a live online session of it. Attending a classroom session does not count yet.
Buy a program
When a program is on sale, its page shows the Program price. Press Buy the program to get every online course in it in one payment. The checkout page opens, where you sign in if needed and pay. A course taught by a trainer is not part of the price.
- If you already have some of its paid courses, you pay less. The page shows Your price: their share of the program price is taken off.
- With some ways of paying, the program can only be bought at the full price. If you already have some of its courses, the page then asks you to buy the others from their own pages, so you never pay twice.
- Your courses appear on the program page and in your training list as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- If the payment is refunded, the courses it gave you are removed. Courses you bought on their own stay.
The program certificate
When every course in a program is finished, press Get your program certificate at the top of the program’s page. Check the name to be printed, then confirm.
- You get the program certificate as well as the certificate for each course. If you finished an online course but did not claim its certificate yet, it is issued at the same time.
- The program certificate can be checked like any other. See Verify a certificate.
- Its learning time is the length of the program’s online courses. It is not an accredited number of hours.
