Prime Mover and Semi-Trailer Safety

A beginner familiarisation course on the prime mover (tractor unit) and semi-trailer, with both explored in 3D: the parts, the fifth wheel and air lines, the daily walk-around, coupling and uncoupling step by step, load securing on flatbeds, low-loaders and pipe trailers, and how jackknife and rollover happen. It is for trainee drivers, shunters, loaders and supervisors, and it does not replace the driving entitlement, practical training, assessment and authorisation that the law and the employer require.
