OSHA Injury and Illness Recordkeeping
Practitioner training for EHS coordinators, HR and site managers who keep or sign the OSHA logs at US establishments, aligned with 29 CFR Part 1904: who must keep records, work-relatedness, the recording criteria and special cases, the 300, 301 and 300A forms, severe injury reporting, electronic submission, employee rights and TRIR and DART rates. It is awareness training, not an OSHA Outreach (10-hour or 30-hour) course, it issues no DOL or OSHA card and it is not legal advice. Your employer remains responsible for its site-specific procedures and any training the rules require.
