Enterprise Risk Management (ISO 31000 and COSO ERM)
The second course in the series after "Risk Management for Managers", for people who already run a risk register and now need to manage risk across a whole organisation. It uses ISO 31000:2018 and COSO ERM 2017 to set up governance, risk appetite, a common risk language, enterprise-level assessment, key risk indicators and board reporting. It ends with how to integrate risk into strategy and budgets, build a healthy risk culture, and implement and mature an ERM programme in phases.
