OSHA Materials Handling and Storage
Awareness training aligned with the US OSHA rules on handling and storing materials (29 CFR 1910.176, with the construction rules in 29 CFR 1926.250 to 1926.252 in brief), for warehouse, production and construction workers and supervisors. It covers stable stacking and height limits, aisles and clearances, housekeeping, pallets, pallet jacks, hand trucks, conveyors, cranes and slings at awareness level, struck-by and caught-between hazards, and lifting by hand with mechanical aids. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OSHA or NIOSH, it is NOT an OSHA Outreach (10-hour or 30-hour) course and issues no DOL or OSHA card, and your employer remains responsible for the site-specific and hands-on training the standards require.
