Payments and refunds
How paying for an online course or an AI interviewer session works, what happens after you pay, and what a refund does.
What you pay for
- The skills platform is free during early access.
- Online courses are either free or have a price, shown on the course page.
- AI interviewer sessions are paid, one session at a time.
- Classroom and in-house training and consultancy are priced by quote.
How checkout works
- Step 1: Sign in. Always buy with the account you will learn with.
- Step 2: Press Buy for and the price on the course page.
- Step 3: Pay on the secure payment page or window that opens. It shows the payment methods you can use.
- Step 4: After payment, a confirmation page opens your course automatically.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Your receipt is sent to your email address.
If your access does not appear
Access usually arrives within seconds, and sometimes takes a few minutes. Keep the confirmation page open. If you closed it, sign in with the same account you used to buy — the course will appear in Your training as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it is still missing after a few minutes, contact us.
Refunds
- If a course payment is refunded in full, or reversed, your access to that course ends.
- If an AI interviewer payment is refunded, any sessions you have not used are removed.
