EPA RCRA Hazardous Waste Generator Compliance
Practical training for EHS coordinators, environmental staff and supervisors at US facilities that generate hazardous waste, aligned with the federal RCRA Subtitle C generator rules in 40 CFR Part 262 as revised in 2016. Learn to identify listed and characteristic wastes, find your generator category, run satellite and central accumulation areas, prepare for emergencies, ship with the manifest, keep records, and manage universal waste, used oil and pharmaceuticals. It is awareness training, not legal advice and not an OSHA Outreach (10-hour or 30-hour) course, issues no DOL or OSHA card, and your employer remains responsible for site-specific training and for following your state program, which may be stricter.
