Working with OSHA: Inspections, Citations and Compliance
For managers, HSE managers and business owners in the United States: how OSHA rules are made and read, how to be ready for an inspection, what happens during one, and how to handle citations, penalties, abatement, settlement and contest, plus the Severe Violator Enforcement Program, multi-employer worksites, whistleblower complaints, State Plans and OSHA's cooperative programs. The course is independent training, not affiliated with or endorsed by OSHA or NIOSH; it is NOT an OSHA Outreach (10-hour or 30-hour) course and issues no DOL or OSHA card, and your organization remains responsible for the site-specific and hands-on training the standards require. It is not legal advice: take legal advice before contesting a citation or signing a settlement.
