Managing Workplace Stress
For managers, supervisors, HR and HSE staff who manage the organization’s side of job stress: the NIOSH definition, the causes in the work, psychosocial risk assessment, interventions at three levels, job design, manager conversations, employee assistance programs, return to work, evaluation and confidentiality, with the UK HSE Management Standards and ISO 45003:2021 as frameworks. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NIOSH or OSHA; OSHA has no standard on workplace stress, so the course teaches good practice rather than an OSHA requirement. It is not clinical or medical advice, and your employer remains responsible for its own policies and site arrangements.
