Choose who can see your competency records, and create a private link to a page that shows what you have completed.
Who can see your competency records
Go to your account and find Your skills profile. Under Who can see your competency records? choose one option. It saves straight away.
| Option | Who can see your records |
|---|---|
| Private | Only you. |
| Employers only | Organisations you have authorised. |
| Public | Anyone with your profile link. |
This card only appears once you have a skills profile, which is created when you start your first skill.
Create a share link
- Step 1: Go to your account, to Share your achievements.
- Step 2: Press Create a share link.
- Step 3: Press Copy and send the link to the person you want to show — a recruiter, for example.
The page shows your name, your country, the skills you have completed and the skills you are learning now, with your progress. Each completed skill says whether it was signed off by an employer or completed through self-study. It never shows your email address.
Turn the link off
Press Turn the link off. The current link stops working for everyone at once. If you create a link again later, you get a new address — the old one does not come back. Send the new link to anyone who should still see the page.
